General Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original transaction.

  • All refund requests must be made through our official support channels and must include proof of purchase and a clear reason for the request.

  • Services that have already been delivered or partially used may not be eligible for a full refund.


Creators & Brands – No Refunds After 2 Days

For creators and brands, please note:

No refunds will be granted after 2 days (48 hours) from the time of signup.

By signing up, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all fees become non-refundable after this period, regardless of service usage or performance.


Brands Hiring Influencers – Quality Concerns

If a brand hires an influencer through our platform and is not satisfied with the final content or deliverables, we will:

Review the refund request on a case-by-case basis. If the request is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of BrandFam credit, which can be used for future campaigns or services.

Please note that approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the specifics of the case, including communication, deliverables, and terms agreed upon prior to the campaign.


Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • The request is submitted after the allowed refund window.

  • Services were already delivered and aligned with agreed terms.

  • There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of our platform’s terms.

  • The request is found to be fraudulent or unreasonable.
